WARRANTY POLICY

  • All GUEE products come with a 12-month warranty starting from the date of purchase on this website. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage caused during shipping. Please keep your invoice or proof of purchase safe as a reference for future warranty and maintenance services. Items covered by warranty and maintenance services are only protected for the specified period. These services cannot be transferred, sold, or extended. When using these services, in addition to proof of purchase, we will also use the purchase information to verify the legitimacy of the order.
  • To receive the fastest possible response when making a warranty claim, please complete the Warranty Claim Form in full. We will then contact you to inform you the next steps to resolve your issue. 
  • GUEE warranties do not cover failure or damage due to misuse, such as incorrect installation, poor maintenance, abuse, neglect, using the product for something other than its intended purpose, or alteration of the product unless expressly permitted in writing by GUEE.
  • Warranties do not cover general wear and tear.
  • GUEE cannot accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty.”

Prepare your return shipment if receive the return confirmation email.

On the outside of the box, please write:

    • Your name
    • Your original order number (found in the “My Orders” section of your account)
    • “Goods returned under warranty”
    • Carefully package your returns to prevent damage during shipping.
