Return Policy

To return an unwanted item, please follow these guidelines:

Ensure compliance with return criteria:

  • Products must be unused and in the condition you received them.
  • Items must be in their original, unmarked box and packaging.
  • Within 15 days of purchase and receive.

Initiate the return process:

  • Email us at info@guee-intl.com with your order number and spec if you are seeking a refund.
  • Our Customer Service Team will respond within 3 business days.

Prepare your return shipment if receive return confirmation email:

On the outside of the box, please write:

    • Your name
    • Your original order number (found in the “My Orders” section of your account)
    • Carefully package your returns to prevent damage during shipping.

To return defective / incorrect / damaged items:

  • Please fill out our Foam of Warranty Issue and we will arrange a refund, replacement or discount, where appropriate.

Shipping Costs and Refunds:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the repair of items damaged in transit due to improper packaging.
  • Costs to return the goods to you will be communicated after the testing process.
  • If returning an item causes your original order total to drop below USD 70.00 (the threshold for free shipping), the freight cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Only one free return per order is offered.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, which may take up to 30 business days to appear in your account.

Customs Charges:

  • We do not cover customs charges incurred when returning items.
